Le PAM fournit une assistance alimentaire dans ces zones pour venir en aide aux victimes des conflits, les réfugiés, déplacés, retournés et les populations locales hôtes.Pour changer les vies, le PAM travaille à travers tout le Niger afin que les populations deviennent plus résistantes aux chocs, notamment climatiques, qui menacent les capacités agricoles et les moyens de subsistance des nigériens les plus vulnérables. Notre paquet d’activités intégrées couvre la nutrition, les cantines scolaires et l’assistance technique pour la récupération des terres. Le PAM achète une partie de ses vivres localement et auprès des petits producteurs pour redynamiser l’économie nationale et locale. Certaines régions sont éloignées de la capitale. CONTEXTE ORGANISATIONEL
Ces emplois se trouvent principalement dans les bureaux sur le terrain du PAM et les titulaires de postes se présentent habituellement au chargé(e) de programme ou à l'associé du programme. Les lignes de rapport peuvent changer en fonction de la taille du bureau.

Coordonner et exécuter des activités de surveillance dans une zone de couverture spécifique et fournir des rapports pour supporter la prestation efficace des programmes d'assistance.

Cela contribue à atteindre les personnes vulnérables, même dans les zones les plus difficiles d’accès.Des études indépendantes ont démontré que les interventions du PAM au Niger portent leurs fruits. CONTEXTE ORGANISATIONEL
Ces emplois se trouvent principalement dans les bureaux sur le terrain du PAM et les titulaires de postes se présentent habituellement au chargé(e) de programme ou à l'associé du programme. Les lignes de rapport peuvent changer en fonction de la taille du bureau.
À ce niveau, on s'attend à ce que les titulaires de poste assument la responsabilité de l'achèvement d'une gamme de processus et d'activités liés à la surveillance qui exigent une certaine interprétation des lignes directrices et des pratiques standard. Les titulaires de postes sont en mesure de recommander un plan d'action au personnel à divers niveaux et peuvent allouer des tâches à d'autres employés de soutien.
DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
Coordonner et exécuter des activités de surveillance dans une zone de couverture spécifique et fournir des rapports pour supporter la prestation efficace des programmes d'assistance.
RESPONSABILITÉS CLES (non exhaustives)
Vérifier les mouvements et la répartition prévus des denrées alimentaires ou des produits non alimentaires, résoudre les enjeux de routine et, le cas échéant, les intensifier afin de s'assurer que la quantité distribuée et la qualité de l'opération sont conformes aux normes du PAM.
Recueillir et résumer les données du ou des programmes d'aide, collaborer avec les partenaires coopérants au besoin, effectuer des analyses et préparer des rapports afin de soutenir les révisions des programmes et la prise de décisions informatives.
Assurer la liaison avec les partenaires coopérants et les homologues internes afin de recueillir des commentaires pour supporter les révisions des programmes et améliorer les services.
Proposer des améliorations aux processus et procédures de suivi sur le terrain pour une mise en œuvre efficace des programmes d'assistance.
Organiser des réunions régulières avec les dirigeants communautaires et les partenaires de coopération sur la pipeline des produits de base, les arrangements en matière de distribution, les droits alimentaires et autres questions pertinentes pour soutenir un flux de communication efficace et des opérations efficaces.
Affecter les tâches aux autres membres du personnel, fournir des conseils et la formation pour soutenir leur développement et leur performance.
Fournir aux partenaires coopérants des formations standard sur les pratiques opérationnelles, les outils et les méthodes de suivi du PAM afin de les aider à assurer leur propre auto-surveillance et à contribuer à la visibilité du PAM dans les zones de couverture.
Préparer des rapports de mission sur le terrain pour documenter la mise en œuvre du programme.
Suivre les processus et procédures d'intervention d'urgence définies pour l'aide alimentaire d'urgence.
