Job Description/Requirements
Job Purpose
Lead, support and motivate the sales team for the achievement of branch targets, customer satisfaction and long-term goals in line with the company vision and values. They oversee customer applications, approvals, loan disbursement and their collections.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepares financial breakdown and analysis for branch
Manages and supervises employees; responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership
Maintains and oversees all procedures and processes
Overseeing approvals of loans, lines of credit, and other fiscal plans
Assisting with customer service and satisfaction
Marketing branch within the community to attract business
Records and researches all financial information for analysis
Documents and interprets complicated financial information for clients
Advises on procedures and implementation of policies
Forecasts and plans according to company objective
Growing branch’s number of accounts
Qualification and Skills
Must have demonstrated leadership skills
Must have served in a team leader position for more than 1 year.
A Degree or Diploma holder in a business-related field.
Must have a good performance track in their current market for 3 consecutive cycles.
Good communication skills.
Computer literate
Should be aggressive and have high levels of integrity.
